At Vivah Sarees, we strive to deliver quality ethnic wear that brings joy to your shopping experience. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help.


🛍️ Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted only in case of wrong or damaged items.

  • You must raise the return request within 3 days of delivery.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for any return or damage claim.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • To initiate a return, please email us at vivahsareesofficial@gmail.com with your Order ID and the unboxing video.


🔁 Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is applicable only for damaged or incorrect products.

  • Product must be returned in original condition.

  • A ₹150 exchange shipping fee applies (includes pickup & re-delivery).

  • Contact us via email or WhatsApp (+91 7861843785) within 3 days of delivery to initiate an exchange.


💸 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only for damaged or incorrect products, not for size or preference issues.

  • ₹100 will be deducted for return shipping.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after quality check.

  • For COD orders, bank/UPI details must be shared for processing the refund.

  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.


Note: Product colour may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your mobile monitor settings.
