🛍️ Return Policy

Returns are accepted only in case of wrong or damaged items.

You must raise the return request within 3 days of delivery.

An unboxing video is mandatory for any return or damage claim.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

To initiate a return, please email us at vivahsareesofficial@gmail.com with your Order ID and the unboxing video.
🔁 Exchange Policy

Exchange is applicable only for damaged or incorrect products.

Product must be returned in original condition.

A ₹150 exchange shipping fee applies (includes pickup & re-delivery).

Contact us via email or WhatsApp (+91 7861843785) within 3 days of delivery to initiate an exchange.
💸 Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only for damaged or incorrect products, not for size or preference issues.

₹100 will be deducted for return shipping.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after quality check.

For COD orders, bank/UPI details must be shared for processing the refund.

Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
❌ Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
Note: Product colour may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your mobile monitor settings.
